📦 Order Status & Delivery
It's been several days since I placed my order, and I've only received the confirmation.
Our preparation and shipping time is 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our premises in Paris.
Note: During peak periods (collection launches or sales), these times may be slightly extended. We thank you for your patience.
Can I change my delivery to 24-hour shipping (Next Day Delivery)?
Currently, we do not offer a 24-hour delivery service. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. All Wintrill orders are shipped from Paris, France.
• France & European Union: No customs fees or additional taxes will be charged upon delivery. The price paid in the cart is final.
• Outside the European Union: For international orders (outside the EU), import taxes may be applied by your country's customs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
